Flex Bows are constructed from rigid yet flexible, impact-resistant nylon, offering an ideal solution for loading trailers. Unlike metal bows, which bend and break under impact, flexible tarp bows return to their original shape. While they are not invincible, they greatly expedite and simplify the process of loading dump trailers, hoppers, grain wagons, and containers.
These nylon flex bows are 1-3/8" in diameter, 102" long, and weigh about 5 lbs each. They provide support for roll tarps on on trailers up to 102" wide, providing a rise between 7" and 12". They can be cut to accommodate the width and rise that you want. Please note that Two flex bow pockets (not included) are required per bow. Install flex bows every 42" to ensure optimal support for your roll tarp system.

Installing Flex Bows on Your Dump Trailer:
1. Measure the inside width of the trailer box.
2. For a 7" rise: Cut the flex bow 1-1/2" longer than the inside width of the trailer.
3. For a 12" rise: Cut the flex bow 4" longer than the inside width of the trailer.
This flexible tarp bow accommodates trailers up to 102" wide. For wider trailers, order 120" flex bows.
