About Carolina Tarps
Carolina Tarps is a tarp distributor, not a manufacturer—which means our only goal is to help you, the customer, find the best tarp for the job at the best price available. We are strictly an online company, so our overhead is minimal; we can—and do—pass our savings directly on to you. Our sole concern is matching you up with the product you need, and doing it so well that you'll entrust us with all your tarping needs.
Easy Online Ordering
Anyone can order our tarps; there's no account required, no minimum order, no credit application. All you need is a credit card to process your order through our secure PayPal system.
If, for some reason, you need to cancel your order, you must contact us the same day you place your order. If your order has not shipped out, we will cancel it and apply the credit to your credit card. If your item has already shipped, you may refuse it when it arrives and we will issue store credit for the product price minus a 15% restocking fee and all shipping fees incurred.
Carolina Tarps will never sell or show your customer information to any other company. We will only contact you if you have opted in to our mailing list, if we need to discuss a purchase with you, if you have initiated contact, or if it becomes necessary to inform you of a change in our business practice (such as a new phone number). We appreciate and respect your decision to purchase our products and will honor that decision accordingly.

We do our best to see that your order gets shipped out within 48 hours, if it's placed before noon, Eastern Standard Time. Express shipping options are available if you're in a crunch. Our office hours are 7:30 AM - 6 PM, EST, Monday through Friday. If you need an item by a certain date, please ask. We will do our very best to get it to you by that date, but many of our items are made to order and can be difficult to expedite.
Please double check to make sure that your shipping address is correct so that your order will not be unnecessarily delayed. Incorrect shipping addresses resulting in delivery failure or adjustment will incur an additional $10.00 charge.
