We are a small family-owned business, and most of our customers are small family-owned businesses too. You have enough headaches to deal with, so we have made it a priority to have affordable and available tarping and cargo control solutions so that you can get back up and running as soon as possible. We know that time is money, so we try to keep most items in stock and our shipping team is ready to get your order out the door the same day whenever possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to discuss options and make sure that your needs are met.
Easy Ordering
Anyone can order from us. You can add an item to your cart and checkout online, or call us and we will process your payment over the phone. After you place your order, you will receive an itemized order confirmation and a receipt. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
Order Cancellations
We’re serious when we say we ship fast! Please review your order before finalizing to ensure compatibility, fit, shipping address, etcetera, because your items are likely to be on the truck shortly after you place your order. If, for some reason, you need to cancel your order, call us or email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will pull it, cancel the order, and refund your payment. If your item has already shipped, we will need to coordinate a reroute or return shipment, which may incur a restocking fee, and that’s not fun for anyone!

Carolina Tarps will never sell or show your customer information to any other company except when necessary to fulfill your order. If we need to discuss a purchase with you, we will typically contact you via email or phone.
