The HR4750 is the Base Arm for Pioneer RP4500 Rack 'n' Pinion tarps systems. It slides into the HR4760 Base Arm Gear Assembly, and then the HR4751 Arm Extension slides into it. The 36" Hydraulic Stroke Cylinder connects to brackets on the base arm and arm extension to allow the side arm to extend and contract to accommodate a variety of container sizes. The base arm fits both driver and passenger side.
