How to Use:

1. Attach the two swiveling grab hooks to your chain.

2. Press the release handle and pull the ratchet all the way down to the fully open position to unlock the take-up chain.

3. Pull the 12" take-up chain until all slack is removed.

4. Ratchet the handle down until the chain is fully tightened against the cargo.

5. Press the release handle and pull the ratchet upward until the locking mechanism engages to hold the tension securely.
