Our 3-Piece Adjustable Aluminum Tarp Housing fits over the tarp and tarp spool to provide complete protection from wind and weather, replacing standard Mounting Brackets. It features a rust-proof, universal design that will work with many different systems.
The 3-piece telescoping design allows for it to be adjusted to any width between 98” and 102” without having to be cut down while also making it easy to resize and mount on a different truck. The 3-Piece set includes (2) 49” outer assemblies, (1) 49” inner sleeve, (1) 49” connecting rail and (3) fixing braces with all necessary mounting hardware.
NOTE: Support Braces sold separately. (You need a minimum of 2 braces; we recommend 4)
Installation Instructions:
1. Measure the outside width of the dump body where the housing will be installed.
2. Slide the left and right side assemblies into the middle sleeve.
2a. Adjust both side assemblies equally until the outside width matches the measured outside width.
2b. Position the connecting rail beneath the center sleeve and secure it using the fixing brace.
3. Once the correct width has been established, drill the required mounting holes through the housing and truck body.
4. Secure the housing using the supplied mounting hardware.
5. (Optional) Install the two additional supplied fixing braces along the connecting rail for additional support.
6. Tighten all hardware securely and verify the housing it centered and firmly mounted before installing the tarp system.

(8) 5/16” Zinc-Coated Washers
While this is an optional part, not necessary to the functionality of your tarping system, and can be added at any time.
This housing can be used on Aluminum or Steel tarping systems.
