This aluminum tarp axle goes on the front of your tarping system and keeps your tarp rolled up and protected when it's not in use.
The 3-piece design is able to adjust to fit any bed width from 82" to 110" out of the box.
If a narrower width is desired for smaller bed width applications, then measuring and cutting of the 2 outer axle sleeves may be necessary.
Compatible with 3/4" diameter shaft to connect to motor (as pictured). Shaft and axle bearing sold separately.
Once both sides of the axle are secured to the axle bearing and motor, use the included #14x 3/4" Phillips Pan head Self-Drilling Screws to secure the outer axle sleeve to the center axle shaft along the fastening guide groove.
With this heavy duty roller you can install your tarp how you want; bolt it on using 5/16"x3/4" Hex-Head Bolts with 3/8" washer, slide in with spline, or bolt it on with a square washer and nut.
